Katrina Cook2024-01-24Great service. Food was great...Really good experience. If time would have alotted, I would have dined in...
Normand Cormier2024-01-2201.22.2024 Time 1:00PM I walked into this establishment hungry and ready to order. I was greater by a tall male, who obviously wasn’t happen to either be at work or maybe the weather was too cold today. I politely stated that I wanted to place an order to go for an order of the waffles, then proceeded to inquire about the smoothies i saw online but did not see on the menu above it self. Maybe he’s having a bad day but I didn’t like his energy, nor that the smoothies were not made with fresh fruit, it was made with a fruit syrup “diabetes”. I thought this was suppose to be “lite cafe”. I get home to eat my waffles that drowned In powdered sugar , I literally had to beat the waffles into a napkin to get rid of some sugar, but it was very hard. Te sugar had already sat into the waffles. Now correct me if I am Wrong, I swear on Baby Jesus , those waffles taste like the waffles that they have at the 7 eleven , No lie. Super sweet, I could feel the sugar grind against my teeth as I CHEW. I will never go back to this place, because #1 the man who took my order (guess he is the owner) shame on you “ Black business my a*%” and secondly , the tiny bit of the waffle that I did chew and the few sips of “smoothie” I drank all have my stomach hurting. Dont waste your time I would have rather went to Mc Donald’s, I could’ve got a better experience there :-(
Harmony Evelynn Andre2023-12-11The hours here are strange. Its a coffee shop but doesn't appear to be open in the morning. The store is often closed. The times I've been, the drinks were good and the servers were kind.
Haley Dwaileebe2023-10-29I found this place online and loved the cute photos so we Ubered here around 10:30am and the sign on the door was a clock with a time “we’ll be back at 8:15”. We were confused then a worker appeared behind the counter and waved us inside. We go in and there’s a small menu with coffee options. I order the white chocolate latte and was informed that they ran out. I ask about the red velvet and was informed that it’s a powdered flavoring. I went online to view the rest of their menu since the shop didn’t show their additional coffee menu or juice menu anywhere. The worker gave off a cold vibe and ordering with him was uncomfortable. The coffee was mediocre and the shop was hot. The shop was cute and the French toast was good, but it was not worth a visit.
Victoria Howard2023-09-23The customer service needs some working on definitely. Not sure if the guy was the owner but he was very visibly agitated and seemed like he didn't want to be there. They don't list their coffee on the menu which is weird since I'm sure that's a top seller. I asked for a caramel macchiato similar to Starbucks. I explained I did not want it to be too sweet so less caramel and sweeteners. He ignored me and was visibly irritated when I politely repeated myself because he didn't acknowledge my request. You can tell from his demeanor and overall energy that he was just not having a good morning. Very dull, monotone voice and flat type of personality. The coffee was way too sweet when I got in the car and tasted it. I just threw it away and went to Dunkin Donuts. Poor customer service! Need to work on that. His attitude was so off-putting, I didn't even want to mess up my morning by complaining. I wont be visiting again.
amahti campbell2023-09-08My friend and I ordered the waffles, Turkey sausage and the pancake breakfast with egg. Everything tastes like it was frozen and not made fresh at all. The portions were super small, really only enough for him to eat. And it just didn’t taste good at all.
Charlotte Rhea2023-07-28Sooo good! The man who took our orders was very kind and helpful. Such a welcoming environment. The prices are great as well. I have nothing bad to say about this place except that I wish it was closer to where I live. (Across the country 😂) I got a blueberry muffin for 4$ and incredible waffles for 8$. When they come out they look very tiny, but they fill you up and are very rich. Don’t hesitate to go to light and love cafe!Showing our latest reviews
